tempusSystem Class IncomingFlipper
IncomingFlipper is part of the WaveTrain system class library

Based on the value of the Input path, IncomingFlipper transmits the Waves on one of two incomingIncident WaveTrains and always transmits the outgoingIncident WaveTrain. This system allows optical paths to change dynamically based upon some form of switching logic.
