Function Synopsis

trm(tmxh, options)

 Usage: trm(tmxh, {options})
        trm(smfname, {options})
 Description: Start the tempus runset monitor.
 Input Parameters:
    tmxh: a tmx_handle of the mex-system to which the trm is to be
          connected.
    smfname: a string specifying the shared memory file to be attached.
    options: a string spcifying the options to be passed to the trm.
